One-Stop Production Process

First Stage: Preliminary

  1. Interview the requirements, understand the details of the process, observe the environment, preliminary judgment, and give suggestions.
  2. Discuss with designers and provide process planning schematics.
  3. Reply to the customer and confirm that the plan meets the requirements.
Second Stage: Planning and Design

  1. Mechanical engineer & electric control engineer handle and deliver machine together

  2. Assist the client to install the equipment, wind pressure, main power connection

  3. Complete the deal

Third Stage: Purchase、Processing、Eletric Plan

  1. Processing machine parts

  2. Purchase of market purchases

  3. Electronic control planning circuit, procurement of parts

Forth Stage: Assembly、prgraming、Electic design

  1. Machine assembly, calibration

  2. PLC, HMI programming

Fifth Stage: Testing & Running

  1. The initial test machine to solve the initial problems of the equipment

  2. Large number of test machines to solve occasional equipment problems

  3. Customer test machine, more than 1 hour of production inspection

Sixth Stage: Delivery

  1. Mechanical engineer & electric control engineer handle and deliver machine together
  2. Assist the client to install the equipment, wind pressure, main power connection
  3. Complete the deal
