Specifications:
4 stations for incoming material, bore depth inspection, external dimensional measurement, OK/NG classification and   1 CCD with 2 million Pixel sizes and telecentric lens.

Inspection object:
BNC outer shell, electronic connector parts, semi-finished assembly parts.

Inspection conditions:
appearance size, missing parts inspection.
Dazhan Through the team process analysis planning, the use of servo mechanism into the material to meet the multi-specification products. We use KEYENCE LVDT for bore depth inspection with 0.01mm accuracy, and 2 million images for visual inspection, telecentric lens and telecentric light to achieve inspection accuracy of plus or minus 0.02mm.
